Privacy notice
How this collection site uses your details when you order food to collect from the counter.
Updated 23 September 2026
Who this notice covers
This notice is for collection orders placed on this website. The restaurant named on the menu prepares your food. Frontnd provides the ordering pages you are using.
It covers this order site only. It does not replace a notice on the restaurant’s own website.
Details we use
We use your name and mobile number so the counter can reach you about this order. We use what you ordered, the collection time you chose, and the amount in pounds.
Card payments are taken by the card processor. This site does not keep your full card number.
Why we use them
We use these details to take your order, pass it to the kitchen, and tell you when it is ready to collect. We also use them if you ask about that order afterwards.
We do not sell your details.
How long we keep them
We keep order details for as long as we need them to complete the collection, answer a query about it, and meet ordinary UK record-keeping duties. After that we delete them or remove your name and number.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where the law allows.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for personal information, at ico.org.uk.
How to ask
Ask at the counter of the restaurant you ordered from. Say which order you mean, and the name and mobile number you used at checkout.
