Collection terms
These terms cover pay-now orders placed here for collection from the counter.

Your order
You are ordering food from the restaurant named on the menu, to collect from the counter. Frontnd provides this website. The restaurant is responsible for preparing the food.
Price and payment
You pay when you place the order. Prices are in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies, it is included in the price you see.
The total you confirm at checkout is the amount charged for that order.
Collection
You can ask for the order as soon as the kitchen can make it, or pick a collection time shown at checkout. Please come to the counter at that time.
If an order is not collected, the restaurant may dispose of the food.
If something is unavailable
Items marked sold out tonight cannot be added. If the restaurant cannot make an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded for that order.
Speak to the counter if the food is not what you ordered.
Allergies
Read the allergen notice before you pay. Tell the restaurant about any allergy or intolerance when you order, and again when you collect.
Which law applies
The menu and opening times can change during the day. These terms apply to collection orders placed on this site and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
